The topic of the research project: “Development of the internal control system in organizations as a mechanism for preventing corruption”.
In her research project, Gulnur explores:
– the reasons for the inefficiency of the ICS in preventing and combating corruption
– factors and measures affecting the improvement of the effectiveness of the ICS
– development of proposals
“Any organization (commercial or state) as a mini-state with its own rules, foundations, culture of behavior, roles of each participant, which has its own micro-climate, contributes to the current overall corruption picture of the state,” Gulnur writes in his research paper.
