Guest lecture “Digitalization as a mechanism for preventing corruption”

Within the framework of the project “Civic Participation in the Prevention of Corruption at the Local Level”, a guest lecture was held with Klim Omelchenko, Head of the Department of Legal Expertise for the Protection of Personal Data of the State Agency for the Protection of Personal Data under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. The invited expert gave a lecture on the topic “Digitalization as a mechanism for preventing corruption”, during which he shared with the participants about the importance of digitalization in the public administration system, and how the transparency of its activities is ensured.
The implementation of these activities was made possible thanks to the help of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under the USAID Ukuk Bulagy project implemented by the East West Management Institute (EWMI).
