The final series of trainings “Advocacy Skills, Fundraising and Development of Projects to Promote Anti-Corruption Initiatives at the Local Level” was held in Bishkek as part of the project “Civic Engagement in Preventing Corruption at the Local Level”, implemented with the support of the USAID project “Ukuk Bulagy”.Participants were trained in advocacy and fundraising tools, learned how to develop projects to promote anti-corruption initiatives and effectively promote communication strategies with government agencies and local authorities. At the end of the training, a roundtable discussion was held with representatives of the Sverdlovsk district administration, where participants discussed mechanisms of interaction between state bodies and civil society institutions on the prevention of corruption.
