Our Institute continues to conduct a series of trainings as part of the project “Civic Engagement in Preventing Corruption at the Local Level”. This project is being implemented in Nookat, Ton, and Sverdlovsk districts with the support of the USAID “Ukuk Bulagy” project.Trainings in Nookat were held from 14 to 16 January. The main focus was to raise awareness among civil society representatives and activists on organizational development, advocacy, fundraising and developing projects to promote anti-corruption initiatives at the local level.At the end of the trainings, a round table was organized with representatives of the district administration, where participants discussed mechanisms of interaction between state bodies and civil society institutions on the promotion of anti-corruption initiatives.Training sessions will continue in Bokonbaevo on January 20-22, and in Bishkek on January 24-26
