Start of the 2021-2022 program

Anti-corruption academic certified program 2021-2022 began its work.At the organizational meeting Rector Almazbek Akmataliev and the program experts congratulated the participants on the successful completion of the competitive selection.During the meeting the trainees were familiarized with the Program, the main courses, as well as the plan for the academic year.The trainees of the Program expressed their readiness to deepen their knowledge on anti-corruption issues, work on the study of the problem and contribute to the development of the country. “Who else but us? We and our children should live here”, “Our hearts demand change!” sounded from the mouths of the participants during the training on goal-setting.The program began with a module entitled “Corruption, Public Policy and Society”. This module was read by Dr. Max Bader (Leiden University) and Vitaly Shabunin (chairman of the board of the NGO Anti-Corruption Center, Ukraine). The academic anti-corruption certified program is implemented in cooperation with the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with the financial support of the Soros Foundation-Kyrgyzstan.
