The Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic hosted a guest lecture on combating corruption.

Today, June 26, at the site of the National Museum of History of the Kyrgyz Republic, a guest lecture was held by the expert of the Central Asian Research Institute on Corruption and Money Laundering – Atai Almaz uulu on the prevention of corruption.

The event was attended by heads and ordinary employees of the central office of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, departmental structures located in the city of Bishkek under the Ministry and in the nearby Chui region.

The participants were provided with detailed information on the basic principles of anti-corruption in international experience, national legislative provisions on combating corruption, models of anti-corruption behavior.
As a result of the event, the participants expressed their readiness for active cooperation in reducing the consequences of corruption offenses, eliminating their causes, improving the quality of services provided to the population, and, in general, determined plans for the anti-corruption policy in the country.
It should be noted that the event was held in order to implement the anti-corruption state policy within the framework of the strategic work plan of the Ministry.
