Today, February 9, in the city of Naryn, a training is being held for representatives of civil society institutions to promote anti-corruption initiatives.
At the two-day seminar, participants will learn about the manifestations of corruption in various spheres of life, the main concepts that explain the essence of corruption, as well as the role of civil society in preventing corruption.
At the trainings, with the participation of the best experts, participants will be able to deepen their knowledge of the most important anti-corruption mechanisms, access to information, gain practical skills in fact-checking and public monitoring, discuss the impact of corruption on the environment, gender, and develop mechanisms for promoting anti-corruption initiatives and collaboration format.
P.S. Trainings will be held in all regions of the country in February for representatives of civil society institutions and activists.
The training is carried out within the framework of the project “Improving the capacity of civil society institutions on combating corruption in the Kyrgyz Republic and creating a Coalition of organizations to promote anti-corruption initiatives” with the financial support of the Democratic Commission of the US Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic.
