Alisherov Eldar Turalievich Head of the Department of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. Alisherov conducted a study on the topic “Mechanisms for combating corruption in the system of licensing exports and imports of specific goods.” The result obtained on the basis of the study has a practical application of anti-corruption mechanisms in the licensing system.
Alisher also plans to introduce an automated system for issuing permits in the public administration system.
