
The Central Asian Institute for the Research of Corruption and Laundering of Revenues as part of the USAID project “Ukuk Bulagi”, the Est-West Management Institute (EWMI) conducted in the Tonsion district of the Issyk-Kul region on “Civilian activism, leadership and effective cooperation at the local level” as part of the project “Civil Participation in the Prevention of Corruption on the Local level ". The most important tasks of the training were to increase the knowledge of the rule of law, legal instruments for promoting accountability of the activities of state bodies and local self -government, leadership and civil activism.
