Discipline "Corruption, state policy and society"

“Corruption, state policy and society” is a unique online discipline within the framework of the master's program “Effective Management and Combating Corruption”, which allows students to delve into the issues of combating corruption and its influence on public processes. Lecturer of the course, Yaroslav Strelchok, the former head of the Bureau for the Prevention and Control of Corruption (BPBK) of Latvia, shares his many years of experience in this area. The time of classes not only explains the key concepts of corruption, but also introduces students to real cases based on his practice, demonstrating how effective anti -corruption measures can change the situation in public administration. Course allows students to more understand the influence of corruption on society and state policy, as well as learn about the best practices to combat this phenomenon. The Magistra program is being implemented as part of the UPP project “Strengthening the efforts to combat corruption and accountability oriented to people in the Kyrgyz Republic”, implemented by the Central Asian Institute for the Research of Corruption and Laughter of Laughter Revenues, together with the Academy of Public Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with the financial support of the State Department of the United States of America.
