Theory and mechanisms of modern state and municipal management

In the second trimester, our undergraduates have begun studying the course “Theory and mechanisms of modern state and municipal administration”, which is read by the candidate of political sciences, associate professor Azis Esenbaev A.E. This course is aimed at studying fundamental principles and modern approaches to management in state bodies and local governments. Students receive knowledge about the approaches and methods of improving the efficiency of the work of state and municipal bodies. Particular attention is paid to modern challenges that the authorities and ways to overcome them are faced with. The course “Theory and mechanisms of modern state and municipal administration” is a unique opportunity for students to consider the system of functioning of state bodies and the peculiarities of the organization of the state and municipal service, as well as discuss the development of public administration and criteria for evaluating its quality. Magistan program is implemented. The Central Asian Institute for the Research of Corruption and Laundering of Revenues together with the Academy of Public Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic as part of the UNDP PROSENSION “Strengthening efforts to combat corruption and accountability focused on people in the Kyrgyz Republic”, with the financial support of the State Department of the United States of America. . This project is aimed at strengthening the transparency and accountability of state structures, supporting civil participation and introducing anti -corruption mechanisms focused on protecting human rights. An important goal of the project is to strengthen the interaction of civil society institutions with state bodies on corruption prevention.
