
The Central Asian Institute for the Study of Corruption and Laundering of Revenues launched an online school for representatives of civil society institutions and activists within the framework of the project “Strengthening the“ Network on the Prevention of Corruption in the Kyrgyz Republic ”. In the course of introductory classes, the participants of the online school discussed the issues of prevention of corruption, the role of civil society institutions, as well as the Supreme Rights of Law, as well as the Supreme Code of Law, as well Access to information and media vitality. After introductory trainings, sessions began on budget transparency. During the training, the participants got acquainted with the budget system of the Kyrgyz Republic, the principles of the budget system, examined the types of budgets and a review of the expenditure obligations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and local governments.
The first part of the online school is Baizakov Nurida, an expert on software budgeting, budget transparency and public procurement.
