on May 16 and 17, a final conference was held in Bishkek as part of the project “Improving the potential of civil society institutions on countering corruption in the Kyrgyz Republic and the creation of a coalition of organizations to promote anti -corruption initiatives”, which was attended by representatives of civil society institutions from all regions of the country. The first day was dedicated to the topic of leadership and command formation. The International Business Cleaner Lilia Utyusheva conducted a training for personality development and teams, motivation management, technologies for working with a team and coach-tools. Participants conducted teamwork, discussed the problems of corruption, ways to solve anti-corruption initiatives. Guest lectures of international and national experts were also held. So, James M. Wright - an expert in counteracting revenues - spoke about the interaction of civil society institutions in the prevention of corruption on the example of Anticorruption Advocacy Network/ Network for support for the fight against corruption operating in the United States; Anna Zubenko - co -chairman of the Civil Union “For Reforms and Results” spoke about the importance of civil society in promoting reforms and shared her experience in promoting the initiative to reform state bodies (Ministry of Internal Affairs) through a civil society, as well as an expert on evidence -based medicine, the chairman of the Kyrgyz Medical Trade Union Barytabasova shared the results of studies on corruption in corruption Medicine and a story about the importance of the role of civil society in the prevention of corruption in the healthcare system. Upon completion of the meeting, representatives of civil society institutions and civil activists signed a charter about partnership and cooperation in the field of corruption. The event was held as part of the implementation of the project “Improving the potentials of civil society institutions on countering corruption in the Kyrgyz Republic and the creation of coalition of organizations to promote anti -corruption initiatives” with the financial support of the Democratic Commission of the US Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic.
