The first day was dedicated to the topic of leadership and command formation. The International Business Cleaner Lilia Utyusheva conducted a training for personality development and teams, motivation management, technologies for working with a team and coach-tools. Participants conducted teamwork, discussed the problems of corruption, ways to solve anti-corruption initiatives. Guest lectures of international and national experts were also held. So, James M. Wright - an expert in counteracting revenues - spoke about the interaction of civil society institutions in the prevention of corruption on the example of Anticorruption Advocacy Network/ Network for support for the fight against corruption operating in the United States; Anna Zubenko - co -chairman of the Civil Union “For Reforms and Results” spoke about the importance of civil society in promoting reforms and shared her experience in promoting the initiative to reform state bodies (Ministry of Internal Affairs) through a civil society, as well as an expert on evidence -based medicine, the chairman of the Kyrgyz Medical Trade Union Barytabasova shared the results of studies on corruption in corruption Medicine and a story about the importance of the role of civil society in the prevention of corruption in the healthcare system.
