Our institute continues the online school for representatives of the network on the prevention of corruption, civil society institutions and activists. The issues of ensuring the transparency of the budget process and involving all interested parties in this process continued to discuss with the participants the expert of Gulgaki Mamasaliev. As it is known that the transparency of the budget process helps both civil society and state bodies in more effective joint work, and is also an instrument for assessing the correct use of budget resources. Ensuring the transparency of the budget and creating opportunities for citizens' participation in government decisions on the budget is relevant around the world, since, firstly, the level of corruption is reduced, and secondly, the open budget is recognized as a tool that allows you to combine resources and strategic priorities. This condition is especially important when switching to a software budget. Thirdly, in conditions of open budget, great opportunities arise in the state to maneuver with public debt. Fourth, the open budget ensures the interaction of power and citizens, which leads to an increase in the level of trust. During today's lesson, participants discussed with great interest the issues of assessing the need for budget monitoring.
