Guest lecture “Digitalization as a mechanism for preventing corruption”

in the framework of the project “Civil participation in the prevention of corruption at the local level”, a guest lecture was held with Klim Omelchenko, head of the department of legislative examination of the protection of personal data of the State Agency for the Protection of Personal Data under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. The invited expert conducted a lecture on the topic “Digitalization as a mechanism for preventing corruption”, during which he shared with participants about the importance of digitalization in the public administration system, and how the transparency of its activities is ensured. The renalarization of these measures became possible thanks to the assistance of the US agency for international development (USAID) as part of the USAD “UKUK Bulagi” project, implemented Management Institute (EWMI). The Central Asian Institute for the Research of Corruption and Rolling of Revenues is responsible for the content of trainings, which does not necessarily reflect the position of USAID, US government or EWMI.
