in the framework of the project “Improving the potential of civil society institutions on countering corruption in the Kyrgyz Republic and creating a coalition of organizations to promote anti -corruption initiatives” a series of guest lectures is being held. One of the trainings was held by Erkin, the head of the Smart Smart Association. She is the founder of the OF “Civil Participation”, an expert on the development of non -profit organizations. Erkina Ubysheva shared the skills of managing and the leadership of non -profit organizations, setting in detail the mechanisms of constructing strategic planning. The use of these mechanisms will increase the effectiveness of the organization’s functioning and raise its activities to a new level. The network consisting of representatives of strong institutions of civil society will become able to counteract corruption in any form.
