Usupbekova Nazgul
A specialist in electoral processes and international cooperation, with experience working at the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic and in international projects. As part of the master’s program, she researches the potential for introducing electronic voting at overseas polling stations of the Kyrgyz Republic and has developed proposals for the digitization of the electoral process and for expanding citizens’ access to the exercise of their voting rights.
