Kalmakieva Munara
Works at the Social Development Department of Bishkek. She has experience in the social sector, particularly in the areas of social benefits allocation and receipt. As part of the master's program, she studies corruption risks in the social payment system. In her individual action plan, she is developing an electronic mechanism for applying for benefits, as well as an initiative to create a unified database for transparent and accessible interaction with citizens.
