A graduate student of the Berlin School of Global and Interregional Research at the Berlin Free University (BGTS, Freie Universität Berlin), lecturer at the interdisciplinary scientific and educational center for corruption (ACREC) of the National University of Kiev-Mogilyansk Academy and at the Kyiv School of Economics (Ukraine). The sphere of scientific interests is local democracy and open state administration in hybrid political regimes. Alexandra has experience in conducting scientific and applied research on the interaction of public organizations and the authorities, analyzing the policy of open state administration and project management in the private, public and academic sector in Ukraine, Sweden and Germany. She received a master's degree in the International Administration and Global Directorate at the University of Gotyrg (Sweden) and the degree of Master and Bachelor of International Information at the Institute of International Relations of the Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko.
