Chyngyz Kurmanbekov
Lawyer at the Department of Protection and Escort of the State Service for Execution of Sentences under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. He has practical experience in the implementation of international obligations, including extradition procedures. As part of the master's program, he studies mechanisms to ensure legality and transparency in the transportation of prisoners. In his individual action plan, he is implementing an initiative to introduce the state service "urgent transportation in extradition cases," aimed at increasing transparency and control in this area.
