Johan Engwall
DR. Engwall is a researcher at the Swedish Agency of Defense Research (FOI) and a senior researcher at the Central Asian Institute of the Caucasus and a joint center for the Silk Road Research Program. He is the author of the book “State as an investment market: Kyrgyzstan in a comparative perspective” published by Pittsburgh Press.
