Samat is a lawyer.
Samat explores one of the most relevant topics of our society – illegal enrichment.
After the completion of the Program, Sarmat plans to:
– apply to the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic with a request to declare Article 323 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (illegal enrichment) unconstitutional;
– write articles in the media about the problem of criminalization of illicit enrichment;
– conduct guest lectures for students of 2-3 courses on the research topic.
