The Information and Analytical Technologies of State and Municipal Management course is an important part of the Master’s program aimed at studying modern technologies in the management of state and municipal processes. The course is taught by Klim Omelchenko, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Salih Murzaev, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.The course covers key information systems, data analysis tools, and digital technologies that optimize the management of government structures. Students will learn how digitization and information technologies help improve management efficiency, decision-making processes, and transparency in the public sector.”Digital technologies have become an integral part of the modern world.
