“Building the capacity of civil society institutions on anti-corruption issues in the Kyrgyz Republic”

The Central Asian Research Institute on Corruption and Money Laundering is pleased to inform about the beginning of work with activists and representatives of civil society institutions to strengthen the role of CSI representatives, activists in combating corruption and increase their awareness and intolerance towards corruption. Thus, within the framework of the project “Capacity Building of Civil Society Institutions on Countering Corruption in the Kyrgyz Republic and the establishment of the Coalition of Organizations to Promote Anti-Corruption Initiatives” trainings are held in all regions of Kyrgyzstan. On December 13 and 14 the first series of trainings took place in Jalalabad and Karakol. The trainings were devoted to such topical topics as the rule of law, sustainable development goals, democracy and corruption.The trainings were attended by representatives from various non-governmental organizations, as well as activists.The project is implemented with the technical support of the U.S. Embassy in Kyrgyzstan.#AnticorruptionCoalition#Jalalabad#Karakol
